I love shopping at Popshelf, but the app’s registration process is a huge letdown. Every time I try to sign up—whether in-store or later on—I run into issues. I even reset my password, which proves I had an account at some point, but I still can’t log in. I’ve seen several reviews echoing the same problem. It’s really frustrating to deal with these glitches when all I want is a smooth app experience. Please fix these issues so loyal customers can actually use the app.

Will no longer allow me to track or earn points. App just says loading error when I click on perks. Also changed my number a few months ago and I changed it in the app but the register won’t accept my new phone number, just the old one. I spoke to customer service and nothing was fixed. I’ve tried logging out and back in, and deleting and redownloading the app. Nothing works please fix.

I love this app!!! It can be a little slow at some points and need extra loading time, but when I signed in I immediately got 5 dollars in store cash. Overall a little slow but a great app! Earning points is also so easy!
