Dollar Tree 4+

ok don’t give me wrong the app is good but i don’t like thats they don’t show all the products like they have in the store. And also some of there products are bot good. Their brush on nail glue is definitely not worth buying. It is very sticky, can burn a whole in furniture etc. Don’t But It. I recommend if you do buy it pls have parent supervision. As well as that, There products are not long lasting. The only thing i would go their for is there snacks even though they don't have many options. So because of this i give Dollar tree 3 stars - from kii ❤️❤️

This app is absolutely horrible and worthless. You can’t add anything to a cart, place orders, or even learn the skus of products. There are many things that exist in stores not on the app, and many things that are on the app that are not in the stores (what the heck?!).

It’s the end of October and almost none of the “normal” Christmas items that we usually buy in bulk for our organization are available on the app or online- it makes no sense. It’s clear why Dollar Tree and the associated stores are performing so horribly right now…. They desperately need a new CEO and new management that won’t change the things that once went very well for the organization or else some people will never again step foot in a dollar tree. They’ve taken many giant steps backwards into the 1990s… especially by rolling out an app that is literally worthless in terms of helping customers find products that 1.) are actually available to buy and 2.) allowing them to actually buy them (and pick up in store or get ordered to store). There is no company I know with a worse app than dollar tree… even many of the super small companies that have apps have a better one than dollar tree!

It would be helpful to be able to expand the pictures of products on the app - both from the company’s description and the pictures from reviews. It is hard to see what is being described when they are so little and can’t be expanded Please fix this so we can really see what we’re looking at.
