This feature helps customers stay informed about their financial activities and account status at a glance. Courier Tracking Provides shipment status updates at key milestones (e.g., picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, etc...), so customers can stay informed on their shipment progress. Quick Rate Inquiry Instantly provides estimated shipping rates based on shipment weight, destination, and delivery preferences, allowing customers to get a quick cost estimate before booking. Account History Customers can view a detailed record of all payments and receipts, allowing them to track financial transactions and review past payments and issued receipts for complete transparency. Notifications Customers receive real-time notifications for important updates, such as booking confirmations, shipment status changes, and payment reminders. They can also check past notifications to review previous updates.
