Fun Game that has become too monetized

I remember when I first downloaded this game. There were monetized elements of the game, but it wasn’t out of control. Now everything is heavily monetized and rewards are hard to come by. I have actually gone from spending a decent sum of money to going almost completely F2P due to not being able to keep up anymore. You shouldn’t have to spend a mortgage payment on a game per month to stay competitive.

Love this game, tons of fun and I totally recommend it! BUT! Be warned, if you delete it and decide you want to play again don’t wait too long before you re-download it! I deleted it and a few months later decided I wanted to start playing again, and ALL my progress and game data was gone and apparently non-recoverable. I spent $100’s on this game buying summons and event items, etc, honestly I’ve probably spent close to $1,000 and now everything I purchased and all the work I put into this game is gone…which is sad because I really want to play again but there’s no way I’m starting from scratch with a brand new account. Anyway, just a word of caution on that, otherwise a super fun and solid game.

However, the developers stuck with it, acknowledging the challenges and working to ensure the game matches or surpasses the global version. Their commitment is significant, especially for a long-time player like me.The game plays well, with nice art and engaging gameplay systems. Progression feels rewarding, though monetization is a bit heavy. You can still enjoy the game for free or with minimal spending. Overall, the game and its developers are great, and I recommend checking it out. There's always an event to keep you entertained.

No longer good, devs don’t care

I started playing this in the first year. Back then it was a fun game, but has since declined to terrible. It is inconsistent, meaning where the same team of heroes has a completely different team power in each of the battle zones. In one your team can beat teams rated at more than we your team’s power, but in another your team can’t even beat the opponent 10% weaker than your own. It has elemental strengths like most such games but those have little if any effect. Their systems are flaky and unreliable: I leveled up a strong character from lv13 to 14, but after the animation my character was down to lv12. I opened a ticket and was told I was wrong. NOT! I had been leveling that one exclusively for many weeks and I know exactly what her level was, plus I clearly saw it when I started the level-up. They’re just trying to gaslight me because they know they screwed up.Chat is worthless because they block the most benign words. “Me”, “account”, and others just as simple are blanked out by their aggressive filter. Chat shouldn’t be that much of a battle.The worst is how little the devs care about the players. They just made some big change on the back end. They warned us a few days before that we might lose everything. In my case, I didn’t lose progress but my guild was completely lost after their work. Plus they changed everyone’s IGN, if you wanted your old name back you had to pay in-game gems. They took down their support portal for this, and here 2 weeks later it’s not back up. I spent literally thousands of dollars over the years but I’m deleting the game and will never again play anything made by them or the original owner Moonsun. Def don’t waste your time on this mess or the terrible company!
