F2P struggles now. US update removed many things.

As of Jan 2025. The newest update removed all my guild members, guild, leaderboards including the arena ones, pretty much reset everything other than my characters and currency. From what we know they aren’t bringing it back. We were top 50, with more than half of them being whales P2W. Been F2P since half a decade ago, and I used to be a high leaderboard player. After many years and constant pvp, it’s getting extremely difficult to hit end game content or keep up with others who spend around 1k$ per patch. Takes a lot longer than others but by the time I make it, they introduce another feature that requires more P2W. UR characters were hard to get already but now takes so long to get “free” pieces to make a single copy.

I would not recommend investing significant time or money into this game unless you are prepared for the possibility of losing your account with very little help from customer support.I played for somewhere around 6 months to a year and spent roughly $100–$200 on the game. My account was linked to Facebook, so I reasonably assumed I would be able to recover it if I ever lost access.Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I provided customer support with multiple screenshots of legitimate Apple purchase receipts in an attempt to prove ownership of the account. Their response was essentially that I still needed to provide my old account ID/server ID, preferably from an old screenshot.Like most people, I didn’t think I needed to save screenshots containing a random account ID when my account was already linked to Facebook. I no longer have access to the account, don’t have old screenshots containing the ID, and have explained this to support. Despite having multiple purchase receipts and being willing to provide other information to verify ownership, I have not been given a reasonable alternative way to recover the account.At this point, I’m done trying.The game itself can be enjoyable, but based on my experience with account recovery and customer support, I cannot recommend putting substantial time or money into it. If something ever happens to your account, all of that progress and money may be extremely difficult—or impossible—to recover unless you happened to save information you never expected to need.

Love this game, tons of fun and I totally recommend it! BUT! Be warned, if you delete it and decide you want to play again don’t wait too long before you re-download it! I deleted it and a few months later decided I wanted to start playing again, and ALL my progress and game data was gone and apparently non-recoverable. I spent $100’s on this game buying summons and event items, etc, honestly I’ve probably spent close to $1,000 and now everything I purchased and all the work I put into this game is gone…which is sad because I really want to play again but there’s no way I’m starting from scratch with a brand new account. Anyway, just a word of caution on that, otherwise a super fun and solid game.

I deleted it and a few months later decided I wanted to start playing again, and ALL my progress and game data was gone and apparently non-recoverable. I spent $100’s on this game buying summons and event items, etc, honestly I’ve probably spent close to $1,000 and now everything I purchased and all the work I put into this game is gone…which is sad because I really want to play again but there’s no way I’m starting from scratch with a brand new account. Anyway, just a word of caution on that, otherwise a super fun and solid game.

I started playing this in the first year. Back then it was a fun game, but has since declined to terrible. It is inconsistent, meaning where the same team of heroes has a completely different team power in each of the battle zones. In one your team can beat teams rated at more than we your team’s power, but in another your team can’t even beat the opponent 10% weaker than your own. It has elemental strengths like most such games but those have little if any effect. Their systems are flaky and unreliable: I leveled up a strong character from lv13 to 14, but after the animation my character was down to lv12. I opened a ticket and was told I was wrong. NOT! I had been leveling that one exclusively for many weeks and I know exactly what her level was, plus I clearly saw it when I started the level-up. They’re just trying to gaslight me because they know they screwed up.Chat is worthless because they block the most benign words. “Me”, “account”, and others just as simple are blanked out by their aggressive filter. Chat shouldn’t be that much of a battle.The worst is how little the devs care about the players. They just made some big change on the back end. They warned us a few days before that we might lose everything. In my case, I didn’t lose progress but my guild was completely lost after their work. Plus they changed everyone’s IGN, if you wanted your old name back you had to pay in-game gems. They took down their support portal for this, and here 2 weeks later it’s not back up. I spent literally thousands of dollars over the years but I’m deleting the game and will never again play anything made by them or the original owner Moonsun. Def don’t waste your time on this mess or the terrible company!
