I’ve used so many booking platforms over the years and so far venue ink has been LEGIT. Customer support responds to questions asap. Venue ink is 100% artist and client friendly. There are a few things I hope they implement, but considering how new this company is, they’re killin’ it. Keep up the good work! Y’all have built and awesome platform and app. Can’t want to see what’s next. 💪

I absolutely love this app and company but taking $10 away from each and every client I book with adds up really quick! On average I’m booking about 30 people per month… that means I’m paying $300 a month for this app!! I would much rather pay a flat rate monthly. It’s just not sustainable anymore. Also the payout is a bit confusing. I’m not sure if it’s user error but I still haven’t received any payouts from the 3rd of this month and it’s the 12th. I’m not too sure if this is a normal wait time? With all that said I still really enjoy this app and really do want to keep using it but financially I’m not sure it makes sense.

Everything is set up wonderfully! The only issue I’m having is that there’s a 10% fee on total price for each client. And even if you do a subscription of 50$ a month it only lowers it to 5%. Which I love my clients and I book more than 30 clients in a month. I wouldn’t want them to get charged an extra 10 or even 5% from what they are already paying? Especially if I’m paying for a subscription.. other than that that it’s a great app.

I’ve been with venue since the beginning and its by far the best option. Features are incredible and extremely customizable, they also are always developing more and building the app. Customer service is also incredible they reply directly and quickly.
