I am a visually disabled person and fumbling with keys trying to get them in the hole in the door lock is very difficult and frustrating. Now i use my fingerprint and it’s made it so easy.The customer service with this company is something I’ve never seen before! Their response is the next day and they go above and beyond to answer any questions and help no matter what your need. And then they always follow up a few days later to make sure everything is ok. Customer service from them is the best!
