It says in app purchases in the description but nothing about this app is free. It cost $69 a year, but if you click the X on the screen that is trying to charge you that amount, it will take you to a screen that allows you to get the app for $40 for the first year. If you click the X on the screen, you are admitted to the free version which has fewer bells and whistles.

App started off good I was able to get my audio transcribed then after a couple days, my files were not uploading. “something went wrong. Try again” kept appearing after trying again all day.

This app was marketed as a note taker, yet it would not allow me to upload the content and then I canceled the free trial. After cancellation, I was charged for the app and then was told that it was not eligible for a refund, even after speaking to the customer service supervisor through Apple. This feels like a scam and I just want my money back.
