After coming back to this app after a couple of months I’m super impressed at the improvements that have been made. This app went from something that was a nice idea that needed some work because of its limitations at the time to something that is super useful and a tool to be taking seriously by closers that are eager to sharpen those sales skills. Highly recommend this app!!!

I like the concept a lot. It actually sounds like a real conversation. The reason for 3 stars is because only about half of them work. Maybe less. I’ve had instances where the ai just “didn’t answer the call” lol that’s the error message I got. Also not a huge fan of the 5-minute timer and the fact that you only have premade bots that you can practice selling only specific things. For example I sell insurance, commercial insurance to businesses, and they do have an ai chat for insurance but only for life insurance. I don’t sell life. It would be much better if you could somehow create your own conversational bot and the user gives it a scenario to follow and have no set time limit. That way you could practice selling whatever you want. If you could somehow create one of those I would happily pay much more for it than the $50/yr this app asks for. But these premade ones? I’m on the fence if even $50/yr is worth it.

Nobody picks up the phone

So far this app has been a big waste of time. Nobody answers the phone every time I do role-playing and it just rings and rings and rings and then hangs up and then dials and rings and rings and rings. This is a robot. This is AI. why the hell isn’t it picking up the phone? What a waste of my time

The overall experience is alright but heres the issue. The calls are a bit wonky in general and dont really simulate a real call. It also says if will grade you but I have done five or six calls and every time is says it has failed to generate results. So im not sure how im supposed to improve anything if it doesn’t criticize what I say or tell me how I did. It also says I have no role play history even though I have done a few calls. So Im not sure 🤷♂️ if it worked as intended it would be pretty decent.
