Today was my first time using the program. The workout was very relaxing and I was able to perform most of the exercise completely except for the leg press because my spine is fused from C-3 to T-2 and I have herniated disc at L-1 and L-2 from being injured in Iraq. I will recommend the program because it is user friendly and not very stressful. The program excited me because I couldn’t find any workouts that would have hindered my disability. Now I can work on getting some of the weight off after going through Botox injections for pain. Looking forward to my next session.
Better than the rest

Everything from the layout of the app, to the workouts, the countdown and timer and the motivational speaker, and the workout explanation; the whole experience is better than what other workout apps are offering. Occasionally I add weights or shorten the rest periods to some of the workouts to make them harder.
The way to go if you have a bad back

I do the sanding Tai Chi exercises in the morning, but I use the chair exercises at night after I’ve had a long day and my back is hurting.It doesn’t over do it but yet I still feel like I’m getting a good workout.58 and have had two back surgery and this is the best exercise program I’ve come across.
Not what I got

The pictures of the men’s workout don’t show up in the app. I went through the questionnaire and the planning. I went through the first workout with an older woman on the app! There is nowhere on the app that reflects the plan I signed up for! The men’s workout!
