The app has several technical issues when you select English it’s mostly in Spanish. If it weren’t for my bilingual girlfriend I would have never have got my louvre tickets. I got my tickets in the first place thinking I was purchasing from the official louvre website because they impersonated the official site and ended up paying almost double what I would have going through any other platform. In order to access your tickets you must create an account with your email and you must agree to receive advertisement emails. Horrible experience and I only ended up here based on this companies lies.

I purchased my ticket way before the 24 hour time period, and got four or five emails with links to my supposed tickets. Each link would not work either in the web or in their app. I have written to customer service and heard nothing. Yes, I agree with everyone else, you don’t need this kind of stress when you’re traveling. This is a total scam! Do not use this app!

I’m writing with the same issue as another user. Every email correspondence was completely in Spanish. It was frustrating and hard to understand. Also, I didn’t realize I should download the audio in advance. When I got to the Louvre the phone service was bad so I ended up not listening to the audio unfortunately. The redeeming thing was that this company made ticket buying pretty easy but overall, it all feels like kind of scammy.

I am feeling very anxious for our trip because this app is so terrible. We have selected English but the tickets all come up completely in Spanish. Then I tried contacting the company via the app “Contact us” and it will not send. Then my husband clicked “contact us” on their website and the email bounced back as “not valid.” HELP!!!
