I absolutely love this app it has helped regulate my stress so much that just within a few months my “overload” episodes have decreased significantly due to the gentle “warning” reminders and that reminding me to take a deep breath. The only thing I have been struggling with is not being able to see the live data past the present day even with the subscription. Sometimes I forget to look at the data at the end of the day and it feels like I “lose” the data because I have no way to access it, I can just see an overall picture of which level was the highest for that day. I feel like the live breakdown is so helpful because I can look back and cross check what caused my stress to pick up and that keeps me more mindful. It would be a huge deal if the live HRV live data can still be accessible after the day has passed. Please add this in, it would really motivate me in keeping the subscription in the long term.

I've been suffering from recent headaches and I'm a busy mom of 4 who works and runs all the time, doesn't eat or sleep enough. This app has basically told me that just being awake some days is too stressful for my body, and I need to find ways to relax. Which has kind of been an eye opener for me and my husband. To able to show physical proof of my active stress levels, right down to what time of day is worse for me... so I can find solutions, it's such an amazing tool to have. Life just kinda happened so fast, and it's always stayed fast. I'm seeing how important it is to slow down sometimes, and just breathe.

Inconsistent app

The app itself it pretty cool, the only thing is it’s not consistent. It doesn’t always work, like if you go to the app it shows you haven’t paid for the subscription. So it’s not accurately tracking. It shows the options to subscribe and you have to click subscribe again for it to say you are already a member and it will start working again it does it randomly so you never know when the app is accurately working.
