Living with PCOS, now officially renamed PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome), changes the way your body responds to food.
Cravings feel stronger. Weight loss feels slower. Energy and cycles feel unpredictable.
But Briom is the first cycle-aware health companion designed specifically for the unique rhythm of the PCOS/PMOS body. We've replaced pressure with clarity, and calorie-counting with hormonal intelligence.
Most apps are built for a "standard" 28-day cycle. We know that for many "cysters," there is no such thing as standard. Whether your cycles are irregular or missing, Briom adapts to your reality, not a textbook.
The app brings together cycle-aware tracking, nutrition intelligence, mindset support, and behavioral coaching to support hormonal balance and sustainable weight loss.
Every feature adapts to your rhythm, your biology, and your real life.
This is a complete system, working together.

Why Standard Apps Fail Women with PCOS and PMOS
Millions of women struggle with PCOS (now recognized as PMOS) and hormonal imbalance, yet most nutrition apps completely ignore these realities:
Insulin resistance makes basic calorie counting less effective
Chronic inflammation requires smarter food choices
Hormonal fluctuations demand flexibility
Mental health struggles require a compassionate, non-judgmental approach
Designed for clarity, consistency, and peace of mind
Briom helps you:
Reduce food and body-related stress
Understand hormonal signals across your cycle
Support weight loss sustainably
Build consistency with confidence
Reconnect with your body
Each step creates steady, meaningful progress.
A calmer way to manage PCOS and PMOS
Awareness brings stability.
Consistency brings results.
Your body communicates.
The Hummingbird Bria helps you understand it.
Download Briom and begin a smarter, calmer approach to PCOS, PMOS, and hormonal health.

Glitchy Design & Unfair (Pay to Access)
frustratedbuyer15
I was really excited to try this app, since my PCOS has a huge impact on my life. However, after I finished entering my information, there was a pay-wall. It’s important to note that these payment options are really expensive. I decided to purchase a plan without a free-trial because I’ve been desperate for something to help support my PCOS symptoms. To my disappointment, the app has a large amount of glitches. I can’t log any meals because the button doesn’t work, and the app is just extremely hard to navigate on mobile. Obviously I understand that developers charge for apps to help support themselves and their families, but, the pricing for this app just makes no sense to me. PCOS is a hard condition to navigate, and those who are low-income could potentially not have access to doctors/medications, so some people might rely on apps like these. But, the pricing makes these secondary ways of managing PCOS unaffordable and inaccessible. I’m overall really disappointed with my experience, and I’ve already requested a refund.
Developer Response
Hi, and thank you for taking the time to write this out. I'm sorry your experience was this frustrating. The meal logging button not working is a bug on our end, and it's unacceptable that you hit it after paying. I'm looking into it now and it will be fixed. Your refund has been processed. If you're ever open to trying Briom again, reach out to me directly at calobriia@gmail.com and I'll set you up with free access. No conditions. PCOS is hard enough without the tools you're relying on getting in the way.Thank you for the honest feedback. It's genuinely useful.
Don’t bother downloading if you can’t pay for the app

It requires you to pay no matter what, theres no option to use it free. As a 16 year old who struggles with money, there is no way I can afford this app. I was hoping that this would be an app that I could actually use to help me with my PCOS struggle but, unfortunately, it makes you buy premium in order to actually use the app. Perhaps the app could have a free option for those in similar situations as me, it doesn’t even need to be as good as premium but having the option would be extremely helpful.
Developer Response
Hey, thank you so much for sharing this, and for being open about what you're going through. PCOS at 16 is genuinely hard, and the fact that you're already looking for ways to take care of yourself says a lot about you.Accessibility is something we think about, and reviews like yours are exactly the kind of input that shapes where we go next. We can't make any promises right now, but we're keeping this conversation in mind.In the meantime, if you ever want to reach out directly, you can find us at calobriia@gmail.com. We take care of our cysters.
Potential
Not Satisfied 4
The app seems to have potential. In the questionnaire it does not give me any option to indicate that I am currently breastfeeding before providing me with my daily calorie intake recommendation. I got to the part where it asked which subscription package I would like to move forward with. The options were a yearly subscription of $1.15/week or $9.99 for a weekly subscription. I am not inclined to pay $9.99 to try an app that doesn’t take my full hormonal situation or calorie needs into consideration.
We’ve made Briom PCOS better for you. This update fixes several bugs and provides a smoother, easier experience to help you manage your PCOS every day.
