They post on handshake job internship opportunity that look like legit work positions which leads you to their website where you need to fill out your profile with you providing job opportunities . If you don’t provide it doesn’t allow to register. So people put apps boilerplate “my dad works as a VP at Morgan Stanley” Then they ask you to pay subscription. And match you with fake positions from the same Morgan Stanley dad 🤡

Each user receives multiple matches rather than just one, so if a particular opportunity or connection isn't the right fit, there are others to pursue.
