I’ve been using this smart home for a few months now, mainly to control all the smart lights in my house (I have over 20!), and overall it’s been a great experience. I really like that you can change the color of an entire room at once. And as of recently, they have automations! So I just set my lights to turn on in the morning automatically.

This app has consistently sucked since I bought the bulbs. First of all, there is a paywall to even turn the bulbs on and use them. Then, a month later they’ll charge you FORTY DOLLARS to renew your subscription. Which by the way, literally does nothing. My advice is to cancel right after you pay the initial payment (you literally have to) to save yourself the headache. ALSO, for some reason they all turn onto the BRIGHTEST SETTING AT ONE IN THE MORNING unless you physically turn it off with the wall switch(which is pretty much the entire point of the app??) and I have not found a way to get around that. Overall, this app is sooo scammy and buggy. Will NEVER purchase from this company ever again.

The app works fine for what it is, although the annual subscription seems a little high for what you get. I would like to either be able to query more data or have the ability to export the data to excel. I use it to monitor my power usage from a utility, but also from my generator when the utility power is unavailable. I would really like to see “peak amps” as an option. I know I can set an alarm for max amps, but would still like to chart it.

App is nothing but a scam. Apple should get this off its platform. Bought a device and it recommended I download this app. All it did was turn the device off and on which you could do manually, and it is actually easier than using this app. Unbeknownst to me this app has a $40 a year subscription fee which is not apparent when downloading. I didn’t read the fine print obviously. If you buy something that recommends this app and want to try it, be sure to cancel the subscription within 3 days if it actually has no value to you like it had for me. Like I said this is an obvious scam. Sad I fell for it.
