Ordered using Sauce because Google listed it as preferred over DoorDash. Placed a massive lunch order for a house party hours in advance. Called the restaurant 30min prior to pickup, but they never received the order from Sauce and tried restarting and reconnecting to no avail. Asked for a refund and Sauce support agreed to submit a refund request, checked back 3 days later - no refund request was ever submitted.

Discreet Feat
This app has terrible service. If you’re looking to wait an appalling length of time for your meal, and have the meal sit for 40 mins at the restaurant, then this is the app for you. Placed one order and won’t order from any establishment that uses this app again.

For some reason, they canceled my order within three minutes of delivery. I had to wait 55 minutes just to have it delivered in three minutes before delivery they canceled. So I’ve been waiting all this time.

What’s to say about an app that fails during setup?It asks me to enter my phone number, which I did. And then the keyboard remains visible and there’s no way to hit send or OK or whatever to actually enter the phone number.
