• At-home exercise programs designed by your Access Rehab Centers provider
• Easy-to-follow exercise videos with clinician-led voice instruction
• Daily progress tracking to give your care team insight into your recovery
• Chat with your dedicated remote care navigator to assist with your exercises and answer your questions along the way (*available to those with a virtual care navigator, ask your provider if you’re eligible to receive this at-home support)
• Apple HealthKit integration to sync your health data to the Access Rehab at Home Coach app
