ONELock Manager is the on-site app for storage facility staff whose sites run on KISS. Install and pair smart locks, open units and gates when you need to, and manage day-to-day access from your phone. Everything happens with a simple NFC tap. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Install locks. Register a new lock and pair it to a unit by holding your phone to it. Set up gates, doors, and other entry points the same way. - Open anything on-site. Open a unit or an entry point when a tenant needs help or you are doing a walk-through. - See status. Walk the property and see real time unit status right from your phone. - Work across your sites. Switch between companies, locations, and zones in a couple of taps. - Built for the field. Clear on-screen guidance for lining your phone up to a lock or gate, so taps land the first time. ONELock Manager uses the NFC reader built into your phone, so please make sure NFC is turned on. This app is for facility staff. Your company sets up your manager account. The OneLock platform is a great tool for the modern self storage facility. The big draw for us was there are no batteries or outside power sources needed, plus they have a model that works on doors that are not compatible with the full latch assembly. This disc lock model saved us on our retrofit project when we discovered issues with the full latch replacement on several older doors. The OneLock platform allows us to efficiently manage our 30k sq. ft. Facility remotely, without requiring manpower for unlocking units for new tenants or overlocking delinquencies. It is all done seamlessly via integration with our FMS.
