Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. At 72 and managing type 2 diabetes, I’ve tried all sorts of apps and diets over the years—most of them too complicated or not very helpful. But this one really surprised me. I took a quick photo of my wife’s homemade chicken dinner, and it broke everything down for me—what’s good, what I should watch out for, and even how it fits into my daily goals. The meal plans are spot on and actually match the kind of food I like to eat. It doesn’t feel like a diet, just smart choices. I honestly wish I had something like this 10 years ago. Highly recommend it, especially if you believe, like I do, that food is one of the best medicines we’ve got.

Love this app. Helps me plan my meals for the week. I put in my health conditions, like high blood pressure, thyroid and arthritis and I add my meal preferences, what I like to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner; and based on the conditions and preferences, I get recommendations for meals with recipes that I can save, including ingredients that can be added to a grocery list (how convenient 😊)

You can now tweak your meals right inside Foojy Chat, making it easier than ever to get exactly what you want. We’ve also added smarter safeguards to catch and remove any personal info shared in chat. Plus, we fixed an issue where meals were unexpectedly changing in the planner.
