Hello, sorry you’re struggling to set it up. I recommend following the GitHub for full installation instructions alongside the home assistant integration. https://github.com/gregt1993/Health_Bridge
Ok but….

I like this but. I can’t find a way to use imperial measurements and not metric. For users in the U.S. we still use those.
Developer Response
Hey, thank you for the review! You can convert almost all metrics inside of Home Assistant, although I do understand this can be a little time-consuming. A universal toggle is in the roadmap for a later updateUpdate* the app now detects your region and sets imperial or metric automatically
Not worth the $

The app is buggy and unpolished.
Developer Response
Hello, I’m sorry to hear youre having a bad experience, If you’re unsure on the app you can use it without a subscription for as long as you like before you choose to subscribe, also please make sure to report any bugs you experience inside the GitHub and they will be worked on for the next release
What’s New in 1.3.8
Local and remote addresses
You can now enter a Local URL as well as your main Home Assistant address. When you’re on your home Wi-Fi, the app syncs over your local network. Everywhere else, it uses your main address.
The main address is now optional if you only use Home Assistant at home.
More accurate history
HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, weight and similar readings now show up in Home Assistant at the exact time Apple Health recorded them, instead of as averages.
Readings added to Apple Health after the fact are now picked up and synced. This includes your Watch’s final resting heart rate for the day and data from apps that sync late.
Measurement sensors no longer jump back to an older reading.
Steps, calories and distance history now match the daily totals in Apple Health.
Fill Health History shortcut
A new “Fill Health History” action in Shortcuts can resend 6 hours to 14 days of history. Schedule it as an automation to keep Home Assistant topped up.
Apple Watch
Overnight Watch syncing is more reliable and uses less battery.
The watch face complication now shows a health icon instead of a moon, so it looks right day and night.
Also
“Change Plan” now opens straight to this app’s subscription options.
Language names and “System Default” are now translated correctly.
General stability improvements.
