Excellent alternative to stronglifts, actually a better app all around. Love the historical tracking features and the usability of the weight calculator. My only issue is that it occasionally says I don’t have Pro and I have to restart my phone to re-enable it. But I’ve never lost any data or anything, so not a big deal. Would love to see a social/sharing feature added someday so you can track workouts with gym buddies.

This is great for 5x5 beginners like myself. Keeps me on track. Only thing isI wish I could make it play a sound after the timer goes off. Something to alert you to start your next set.

App was free for a long time. Then the owners got greedy and want people to buy a subscription. Lost my history & workouts. Emailed support and their arrogant response was why don’t I just pay. Don’t bother with this app. Jerks for owners.
