Olive Branch: Remember You Can
Confidence Building Journal
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Track what went well. Get reminders when you need them. Feel more confident by your own words.
Low confidence has a loud voice. This app helps you answer it - with your own words.
Instead of generic quotes or forced positivity, you’ll be reminded of what you wrote - the small wins, quiet efforts, and personal moments that mattered. Every day, you’ll get a gentle prompt to note what went well. Nothing fancy. Just real, human proof that you’re doing better than you think.
And when you start second-guessing yourself?
The app will remind you: You’ve been here before. And you’ve handled it.
- Capture what went well - no pressure, no perfection
- Get timely nudges when confidence dips
- Revisit encouraging notes from your past self
- Build a private archive of reminders that actually work
