Made for iPhone Duo • Open it like a book: homes on one page, details or chat on the other. • Closed, the tabs sit in the side strip, out of your way. A new listing page • Photos first, then rent, dates, the place, the host and a map. • Save or Like from the bar at the bottom. • On your own listing, Edit and Delete are right there. Fixes • A new post now shows on Home right away. • Every post on your profile opens when you tap it.

• Smoother scrolling on Home. • Fixed: the Housing Agent chat could open blank.

• New chat: reply, react. • Agreements: read and sign a standard sublease in the app. The PDF comes by email. • Verify with your school email (any email works). Report or block anyone in a tap. • A fresh look for Home, Likes, profiles and the Housing Agent, with 30 places per page.

• Dark mode — the housing agent now matches your phone's light or dark setting • Bigger, cleaner chat text that's easier to read • Search several neighborhoods at once — "DTLA and the Arts District" now shows both on the map and in your results • Large searches now show every building on the map, not just some

This update makes the Apateu agent easier to use: • Smoother chat — the keyboard now tucks away when the agent replies, so you can read the full answer right away. Tap the reply box to bring it back. • Cleaner home screen — we simplified the agent's landing page so you can get straight to searching. • Small fixes and polish throughout.

The housing agent now draws on the map. • Ask how far somewhere is and see the real route — walking, driving, or transit — with the travel time marked on the map. • Ask what's nearby and see restaurants, gyms, cafes and groceries drop in as pins around the building. • Ask what's within a 10-minute walk and see that area drawn for you. • Ask to compare a few buildings and watch just those light up.

• Boston is here — Harvard, MIT & Northeastern apartments and neighborhoods. • See what's nearby on the map — groceries, coffee, gyms, and transit as tappable pins. • Commute times — see the route from any building to campus. • Smarter answers — the assistant now searches the web for reputation, safety, and neighborhood vibe. • Cleaner browsing — schools as cards, neighborhoods grouped by city.

Apateu just got a major upgrade — the smartest way for students to find, sublease, and sign. Sublease with confidence Browse student subleases with real photos, honest dates, and school-verified hosts. Every listing is exactly what it looks like — no surprises. AI lease contracts Describe your terms in plain words and Apateu's AI drafts a clean, professional rental agreement in minutes. No lawyers, no confusing templates. No more screen jitter when your media lands on the other side. • Swipe through chat media — tap any photo or video to view full-screen, then swipe left and right to flip through everything sent in that conversation. • Verification, fixed — the Get Verified banner now hides the moment you finish either school email or ID verification, and each button goes straight to the right screen. • General stability and polish across chat, posting, and verification. Thanks for using Apateu! Keep the feedback coming.
