This actually helped me quit Zyns.

This app has helped me quit nicotine entirely and works well! I would rename SNUS to Nicotine Pouches, or Zyns, or such as for Americans we might not understand. Besides that, I hope the developer keeps his promise of not tracking any personal information.

Does require a paid subscription to use, wish it tells you that in the beginning before you go through all their questions. Also wish there was a free version that literally just tracks your days nicotine free with health facts when you hit certain milestones. I don’t have $30 to pay every month just for tracking and encouragement unfortunately

We'll look into moving that up in the onboarding so people know before going through all the questions.The subscription includes a lot more than just tracking: personalized AI coaching, daily check-ins, craving management tools, a full library of articles and guides, community groups, detailed health progress stats, and regular updates with new features.
