I had some trouble with the app at first (my error not theirs) and very much appreciated the communication and customer service from their team. Going back and forth with a real human means a lot these days and it is clear that they put a lot of work and pride into their app

I just downloaded the app, and selected the three month option to try out the app for a few days to see if I like it and I got charged the 30$ right away without even having tried any of the features! Going through other reviews it seems this is common but the developer comes back and basically blames the consumer for picking the wrong option. But it literally says on the payment options that if you pick the cheapest option of 9$ you don’t get a free trial so picking a year or three months is supposedly the only option. It’s predatory. And inside the app there's no account setting of any sort, you can only go through Apple, so refunds can take up to 48 hrs. And the "contact us" lets you type up an email but the send button is greyed out. I don’t appreciate feeling tricked into a subscription.

In this case, both the monthly plan and the quarterly plan are labeled “No Free Trial,” which means the subscription is billed immediately once it is confirmed through Apple.Our intention is never to blame users for selecting a plan. When we respond to reviews, we simply explain how our subscription system works so there is clarity around how billing is handledLike all apps on the App Store, our purchase flow and subscription screen go through Apple’s review process and must comply with their guidelines before an app is approved, I assure you if anything “predatory” was on it, Apple would never approve of it. Waste of space & money

I downloaded the app and set up an act but didn’t select any membership. Didn’t have time to try it yet. I get back to the app a few weeks later and want to hear a sample of something. Nothing plays when I hit play. So I go to look at their plans and wanted to try the 3 day trial. When I hit continue, it tells me that the app doesn’t make in-app purchases and another error that say either the user or the phone doesn’t have permission to purchase the app. I have nothing in my settings to limit this app from purchases and I buy apps & in-app things all the time. Apparently if you don’t pay them right away, nothing works. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The 8D songs themselves are good, but the app has several usability issues. There’s no option to play tracks continuously, you have to start each one manually. The app also isn’t consistently responsive; I had to tap the 8D track multiple times before it finally loaded. I tried creating my own 8D song, which the app advertises as a feature, but it never worked. It would appear that it’s was processing, then stop without any feedback about completion or why it failed. Overall, great audio but a frustrating user experience.
