If you struggle with anxiety!

I downloaded this because I heard about cellular repair through frequency several years ago and have since been trying to find the “frequency” but unsure where to look and this app came up on my Instagram. I am in the midst of the free trial and have been listening right before bed every night. I have slept amazingly! Last night I had overdone the alcohol and I woke up at 3am with an insane anxiety. Like my whole body was buzzing and freaking out. Every terrible thought came rushing to me and I was literally almost in panic attack mode. After trying to regulate myself through breathing and meditation, I decided to put on the 12 min music from this app for the day. At about 8 minutes in, I felt this one part of the song literally pull my anxiety from me and even out my nervous system. My body stopped buzzing and my brain stopped with the terrible thoughts. I was super calm and I was able to sleep another 2 hours until I woke again with a second bought of anxiety. I put the music on again and at the exact same moment in the song, the anxiety left. I was able to sleep through the rest of the night no problem. And woke up this morning with no anxiety. I know it’s expensive for this app, but we get what we pay for and if I can rid myself of anxiety through frequency, then sign me up.

I have to say I was skeptical at first. I went ahead and signed up for the free trial. I was having quite a bit of anxiety while waiting on medical results and was looking for something to calm me, as I am not a “pill person”. I am 55 years old and have never taken any long-term medication. I try to seek non-medicinal solutions first. So far, I’ve been lucky.. In the 3 to 4 weeks of that time, I would get a cup of coffee, go onto my back porch with my three dogs, and I would listen to the 12 minute segments of this program. Not only did it help me with my anxiety and focus, but I noticed that my normally rambunctious dogs Would begin to settle. After a minute or so of playing the app, my dogs would lie down at my feet and just listen with me. It seemed to calm us all. I teach high school, and sometimes at the end of the day, if it’s been an overly stressful day in the classroom, I will listen to this again. Lastly, I went to bed a week ago feeling like a bad headache was coming on. I thought instead of taking ibuprofen this time, I would try to relax and listen to another 12 minute segment. not only did it relax me, but I fell asleep.
I love it.

I had zero expectations, but I am blown away!

I have so many health and personal challenges in life right now. As a trained hypnotherapist, I am aware of the many healing modalities that are out there, and I’ve helped many clients solve their problems with the mind-body connection. However, it would seem as if nothing worked to shift my own mental state.

That is until this app. I randomly saw it on a social media post. I was curious and since it had a free trial, I gave it a shot. I thought maybe it was helping a little bit a few days into it, but I dismissed it as coincidence.

A few weeks later, however, there was just no mistake about it. My mood was shifting! I’ve had some days that should have frustrated me beyond belief, and yet there I was mentally calm and able to flow through most of the stresses that came my way. I have not felt in this high of a vibrational state and I don’t know how long. And the only thing I did was use this app.

I’m only a month into this, but it’s a keeper! I have been telling almost everyone I know about it. It’s so hard to see them struggle, when I believe this 12 minute, even two minutes a day, could help them so much.

This sound healing technology is so promising for so many reasons. And while I haven’t had any physical healing yet because it’s too early for that, I really believe that I will because it kept me in such a positive state.
