The commissioning process was really smooth. GUI is clean. The only thing behind a paywall is custom app icon colors. What a gift! Nice work and thank you for this free and beautiful app.
• Resume where you left off, even after long backgrounds, phone calls, or
when iOS has fully closed the app. Tapping the icon or returning to
CarPlay now restores your track and position.
• Audio comes back cleanly after phone calls — fixes a rare case where
the app appeared to be playing but no sound came out.
• Much faster fallback to your backup server when the primary is
unreachable (about 6 seconds, down from a minute).
• Automatic reconnect when your LMS server restarts.
• Server discovery now works on non-standard home networks.
• Test Connection runs against both primary and backup servers in
parallel, with a clearer per-server result view.
• New Automatic Failover toggle for users who want to choose servers
manually (e.g. VPN / Tailscale workflows).
• Fixed: enabling "Fix player volume at 100%" in LMS played at near-zero
volume. Variable volume slider now matches a real Squeezebox curve.
• Fixed: ReplayGain not applied on the first track and volume drift
after silent foreground recovery.
• Smoother gapless transitions — track changes no longer fire early.
• Material web interface recovers automatically when iOS kills its
background process.
• New "Keep Screen Awake" setting (Playback Settings).
