I have been a regular weight lifter for years now. Off and on honestly but I would super set at the gym so I didn’t have downtime in my workouts keeping my heart rate up… and this app kills it. I’m sore In places I didn’t know I had after 2 days. This is different. I’m actually pausing my membership and going to focus on calisthenics from now on.

This app is really good. I felt the burn. I felt everything I needed to on the first day of the 30 day challenge if you’re trying to be strong and look strong download this app. I never review any apps on the App Store but I’m reviewing this one, this one really works.
