Quote deposits (PR #57 + follow-ups)
Quote editor has a "Deposit Required" section — percentage or flat amount, with an optional "allow offline (cash/check) payment" flag. Now shown and persisted in both online and offline modes.
The quote viewer shows a deposit banner with the requirement and paid/unpaid status.
Attempting to accept a quote whose deposit hasn't been collected now shows a clear "Deposit Required" alert explaining the amount and how it can be paid (previously the tap silently did nothing).
Quote editor UX batch
Save vs. Save & Close (PR #54): separate actions so users can persist without leaving the editor.
Notes are tap-to-edit: tapping the notes label or the notes box opens the editor (previously only the small Edit button worked).
Financing moved to the bottom of each option — below line items, optional add-ons, discounts, and surcharges — so pricing reads top-to-bottom.
Fixed the Optional Add-Ons "Available: $X" label overflowing off-screen.
Richer Jobs list (job-management)
Each job card's status badge is now colored by its pipeline stage (mapped across all pipelines, not just the default one) and shows the stage name.
Cards now surface: category, property address, job value, next visit date + visit count, reference number, and last-updated date — a trimmed-down version of the web kanban card.
Job value uses the same priority logic as the web board: manual estimate → collected → invoiced → quoted (with a quoted low–high range shown before acceptance).
