This is the second time when my accounts been blocked for no reason FanDuel been doing this for years and they have no reason whatsoever to close people’s account or for them not to access i’ve been talking to a FanDuel agent multiple times for them to open my account so I can sign back in. They asked for my information I sent them multiple pictures of my IDs and a photo of myself and the date and they haven’t reached back to me or they’ll close the conversation. It’s the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. For customer service and they don’t even have a phone number. I need somebody to get back to me by the end of the month or I’m suing because it’s not right to steal peoples money.

I’m writing this review because fanduel has claimed that there is some activity on my account, so in exchange they took 25 dollars out of my payout and limited access to my account. They also have held the rest of my payout and didn’t send me no confirmation as for why. It was asked that I deposit another $25 to gain full access back after take my money. I asked the live agent why and the agent said they were unable to provide a reason why.
