Could use some upgrades. Like why can’t I put any of my items in my closet? Why doesn’t it show if my pet is sick with something? Why can I only play a game 4 times for neopoints when you’ve only got 3 games available? You guys just need to make an entire neopets app at this point. Even if it was a paid for app a lot of us would do it if it gave us the full neopets experience on our phones. I should be able to go to the healing springs, should be able to scratch my premium scratch cards, should be able to see and interact with the trading post and the auction house. Etc. ok for now but needs more

As others have said—and as the current app description makes pretty clear—there are a lot of things currently missing from the mobile version. (I personally would like to see support for dailies—a handy toolbar like the premium users get on the desktop site would be amazing!)However, even the minimal content they have now is a great start. The app looks clean and polished, and is easy to navigate. I haven’t actually tried to do anything yet and one or two other users have noted some bugs, but I’d guess it’s easier to fix bugs than to implement features in the first place, so I’m not too worried about that.I’m so excited to see how this evolves, and while I think I’ll probably always prefer the desktop site, it’s awesome to finally have some mobile support for days when I can’t be on my computer as much!

TNT has a lot on their hands and their fan base is genuinely a positive a hopeful bunch. For now it is a use for a few minutes app if I'm on the go. As a returning neopian I see myself using this app ALL THE TIME if they added a new map of neopia, allow utilization of training schools, have every shop (+ssw, sw, tp, auction house, money tree, wishing well, etc..), incorporate customization and possible things to do with your neofriends/ social settings where you can actually see and interact with users maybe nearby or just on the same part of the map you are on.

Would love to make an actual review but I can’t even login. Although I’m SURE my login is correct, I’ve tried the “forgot password” button at least 5 times over the last two days and nothing. No, it’s not in my spam. I’ve tried multiple emails just in case, even though I can see what email I’m using in my Neopets web browser. I’ve tried different variations but I can’t even find a way to just submit a support ticket through neopets. It says I need a login for something else. Come guys…why are you making this impossible? Really disappointed-been playing for 27 years and have always wanted the app so this is a HUGE bummer. Why can’t I just submit a ticket through my account?
