Being a part of this community thru this app has been an uplifting, healing and educational experience. I have been reading Dr. Chopra’s books for decades; purchased over a dozen 21 day meditation programs and learn something new each time. The app offers so many educational opportunities to expand our level of consciousness through meditation programs, discussions, interacting with other members and the Chopra Team is always friendly, helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this app for anyone seeking to uplift their body, mind and spirit.

I really like how the app is set up, it’s easy to use and makes it fun to explore all the different content. There’s a lot of variety, which keeps things fresh. I also enjoy reading other members’ comments during the Monthly Meditation Challenge, it creates a nice sense of community and reminds me I’m not doing this alone. And the live sessions with Deepak, where he answers questions from everyone, feel like such a unique and special part of the experience. Thank you for releasing something like that!
