LUNES helps you understand how you train, how you rest, and how you feel. All from one app.
Connect with Apple Health to see your workouts automatically: running, swimming, weights, yoga, and any other activity you track. No setup needed.
Keep a log of your mindfulness and breathing sessions. Know when and how long you take time to pause.
Every day you can log your energy level with a simple 5-point scale: from Exhausted to Energized. Over time, you'll spot patterns between how you train, how you rest, and how you feel.
No accounts. No complicated subscriptions. Your data stays on your device with HealthKit.
LUNES is for anyone who wants a clear picture of their wellbeing without the noise.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
What's New
- Workout CSV exports now combine multiple sessions of the same type in a day, so your minutes add up correctly instead of listing duplicates.
- The Progress screen now shows meal suggestions matched to your meal times, so logging is faster — once you log something in that window, the suggestion disappears.
- Meal macros have been restructured for more accurate tracking.
- New ingredient swap: while recording or editing a meal, swap any ingredient for another and LUNES automatically adjusts the weight to keep your macros on target.
- Progress screen now groups everything you've logged — Meals, Fluids, Energy, and Vitamins — for a clearer daily view.
- Logged meals are easier to read: full ingredient lists (no more truncation), with labels above each list.
- Expanded vitamins list.
- The home screen widget now shows the right meal suggestion based on time of day.
- Morning heart rate (from Apple Watch sleep tracking) is now reported, and can be exported in your CSV.
- New trend graphs for treat meals and wake heart rate on the Rhythm screen.
- Smoother scrolling on the Progress screen — your streak, weeks won, and treat meal counts now update only when they actually change, instead of recalculating constantly.
Fixes
- Fixed data loss that could occur when your phone shut down from low battery.
- Morning notes and other prompts (like Energy) now work independently — skipping one with "Remind Me Later" no longer blocks the rest from appearing.
- Editing a previously logged meal now correctly updates its name to list the ingredients, instead of just showing "Meal."
- Fixed an issue where viewing a past day without a logged Energy, Sleep, or meal entry incorrectly labeled the prompt "Today" — it now shows the correct date.
- Manual reordering of your MIT (Most Important Tasks) list now saves and persists.
- Adding a new MIT task from the snack bar now keeps you on the Progress screen and simply shows your next task.
