They give you food suggestions for breakfast lunch dinner and a snack, it all depends on how many times a day you want to eat according to your initial survey. They do have the option to swap meals and they give a great variety. I never thought about making certain items. But I’ve made two so far and I’ve been very satisfied. This is a great app for women that want to start clean eating and taking care of their bodies! The meals they give you don’t have a lot of fat, but instead a lot of protein and carbs . I love how intentional the meals are

I should have read more of the reviews about canceling and being charged hidden fees. I signed up for cycle diet in November, I decided not to do the 7 day trial because they were running a special where if you skipped the trial period and paid outright for the app you saved around $11 a month- sounded like a steal right? WRONG! I tried the app and decided it wasn’t for me so I canceled it, received a confirmation email and everything. Checked my bank account this morning and had a charge for $99 from cycle diet. I emailed customer service my proof of cancellation- they responded saying yes I had canceled cycle diets main subscription but that I had purchased a 1 on 1 coaching subscription separately and that was what I was being charged for. I NEVER signed up for 1 on 1 coaching, I didn’t even know that was a feature that the app had. I emailed back and forth with customer support to no avail. I was told the transaction had gone through and “per their terms and conditions” they are unable to process refunds. I contacted my bank and was told that apparently the 1 on 1 coaching is in the fine print as a separate subscription when you sign up for the main cycle diet subscription so I was unable to get a refund through my bank as well. So now I’m out $99 right before Christmas. I just hope my review saves someone else the misfortune of getting scammed out of money like I did.

I was curious to try to learn more about cycle diet so I decided 20 was worth it. However it really just seemed like a recipe app where you can also track your cycle. I didn’t realize it was a monthly subscription until a charge of 40 dollars can out of my account a month later. My first concern was why did it double in price after 1 month. The information was not obvious when I signed up. What my biggest issue was, came when I emailed for support to possibly get the 40 refunded since I didn’t use it and it was less than 24 hours after renewal they told me they couldn’t. I appreciate businesses that work with their customers and show kindness. I wasn’t asking to be refunded for both months just for the one that had been renewed just then. Fair warning for you all but this app and customer service is unforgiving and very strict. I would NOT recommend downloading or giving them any money.

I get the membership, they give you to choose the foods you want to exclude from your plan and then they literally give you the options you excluded on your meal options. This is a technical issue, they told me they don’t do refunds if you dislike the options only for technical issues. They cancel my membership how I asked but don’t refund my money. They want me to reactivate the membership to fix the technical issue, I said I’m not longer interested in the plan and don’t want to reactivate just my refund and they don’t want to give me my money back. So now I have to go to my bank and report them to get my refund. $20 dollars wasted because I’m not using the service.
