Lyn is a minimalist intermittent fasting tracker with a clean design and only the features you need. Its goal is to fit into your routine as seamlessly as possible, make tracking fasts convenient, and proactively provide useful insights. Fasting timer. See clearly how much time is left until you reach your fasting goal or when your eating window ends. The fasting goal can be adjusted at any time, even during an active fast, in case your plans change. Notifications. Lyn notifies you when your goal is reached and when your eating window ends, so you don’t have to check the time constantly. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Keep your current progress in sight with widgets that clearly show the most important information. Fasting pause. Sometimes you need more flexibility in your fasting schedule, such as during holidays or vacations. Lyn lets you pause your fasting routine and reminds you to restart it later. Vital metrics. Maintain your goal streak for an extra bit of motivation, and review historical data such as your average eating window length and your longest fast. Shortcuts and Siri. Lyn is built exclusively for Apple devices with deep system integrations. In addition to widgets, you can use Shortcuts to build fasting automations or use Siri commands to start and stop fasting.
