Compact workouts that are effective.

I’ve been following Kaitlin on IG for a long time and her workouts always impress me. This app has all her workouts in one place and they’re so well put together and the coaching throughout is encouraging. She offers a free version and in-app upgrades to paid version with more workout access.

Very difficult to use. Not user friendly. Doesn’t connect to airplay easily. Hard to go back and forward in workouts. Not super thrilled with it

The new app is such a great upgrade from the last one. I love Kaitlin’s workouts. It’s easy to follow, it’s challenging, no need for fancy equipments and most importantly it works!
