What's New Coach home — conversation channels: The home feed is now organized by team. Tap a team chip at the top to filter posts by that team's channel (Full Team or Parents + Coaches). Smarter team ordering: Your teams now appear with your largest/most active team selected by default, so you land in the right context immediately on open. Bug fix — teams not loading: Resolved an issue where the coach home screen could silently fail to load your team list, causing empty channels and a blank feed. Stability improvements: Various fixes to context-switching and session handling across coach and athlete views.

Coach Management Improvements Org admins can now change a coach's type (Head ↔ Assistant) and remove a coach from a specific team, all from the Coaches page. Here What's New: Fixed completed workouts showing 0 reps — marking a workout complete now correctly records your reps for every set, and strength exercises display properly in your workout summary. Goal reminders — get a notification the morning a goal is due, plus a follow-up if you miss it. Smarter evening nudges — the 6pm reminder now covers unfinished goals and IQ Journal entries, not just workouts. Bug Fixes: Duplicate work outs now fixed. Coaches team posts now visible to parents. New Feature: Coaches can now individually select athletes and parents to send them a workout.

This update makes workouts more reliable: completing a workout now returns you to your home screen (and finished workouts can't be reopened by accident), and workout dates now follow your local time zone so they no longer show on the wrong day. Coaches now see only their own teams' posts in the community feed and can reliably play athletes' journal videos. We've also added SMS consent details to the phone verification screens, plus general stability improvements and bug fixes.
