I have been following Xiomara for a while and really admired her training style. I work demanding job as a medical resident and barely find time to exercise when I use to lift regularly. I have tried to get back into lifting but found it really fatiguing. I’ve been rather discouraged lately as I have not reached my fitness goals. I saw this app was dropped and decided to start again fresh. I can say I’ve finally got my enjoyment back in training. Following Xio regimen has already have me more energized and feeling like myself again. Fully intend on continuing on this platform. It’s also excellent quality please keep it coming!! Grateful for a new start!

I love these workouts! My only complaint is the lack of community chat / team hubs or video updates from Coaches with more information about their programs. The music and screen mirroring features are seamless on my TV and I love that I can import my own music. It’s a beautiful app with tons of features. I would like some longer videos from the coaches or more ways to interact with the rest of the team. Pilates instruction is spot on, there are barbell options on bodybuilding teams also which is great. I love that you can switch teams unlimited times even on a monthly membership. The equipment free Pilates with Coach Millie is 🔥! I absolutely adore Coach Leah if I’m at the gym and have access to equipment. Coach Britney calisthenics is incredible and inventive! I’m really looking forward to trying Bronaugh as well. Love that you can mix and match. The girls have a lot of excellent recipes and advice on their Instagram stories I just wish there was more inside the app too. Very knowledgeable instruction from these group.

I love the app so much! It honestly gets rid of a lot of guesswork for you to know how to do your workouts properly, and what to do. I would say I do have a couple of tweaks that would honestly make the app be a 10/10 for me. 1. If there was an option for you to alternate or change the recommended move/workout that’s recommended. 2. If it was easy to navigate through your workout, without the whole double tap forward or backwards, cause it does tend to get glitchy. 3. The volume of the instructor and the volume change when you’re playing music. When I mute the coach’s voice, it still keeps the volume of the music I’m playing a little too low. 3. If there was a way to see your own progress and if there was a way to contact the coach to ask them something.

I joined to workout with Xiomara. I love the simplicity of the workouts. I love that they average 30 min so it feels attainable. I love that you can log your workouts and that all the exercises are listed so you can journal what you are doing. I love that you can silence the trainer if you want to listen to music or watch tv. I would say the workouts are pretty challenging but not out of reach. If you are just starting out you can modify as you start out.
