Ok, so Mom of 2, mid 40s, pretty sedentary and now with snow around my walks have been cut out so I was looking for something else. I’ve seen all the ads and decided to give this a try. I have no experience in Tai Chi besides knowing of it. I just started today and boy I had a session! My heart rate is up and I’m sweating! Only 8 mins too. I’m on the trial but if this is how it continues I’m definitely signing up! I scoffed when the app said by June I’d be down 60lbs, but after this, they may be serious😏 and I am here for it. Low impact and still absolutely felt every move in a nice way. My whole body is warm and tingly like blood is flowing in dusty places lol. I’ll review again at day 7 of my trial for update!

I can say with confidence that after my first time going through the exercises of my personally designed plan, my body already can feel it.. in GOOD way too. My back and spine feel loose and relaxed. I felt this the most with the crane movement. My shoulder also are so much looser and relaxed. I’m 41 and I do a lot of standing on one spot and I use my wrists and shoulders a lot at work so they are always tight and soar. After one run through this program of exercises I feel AMAZING!! Highly recommend!!
Gimmick

This app is nothing but a gimmick. Only the first three days of the month-long workout are free. After that, you have to start your seven day trial after which you’ll need to pay to use this app. When you first look at it, it seems like all the workouts for the entire month are free. But when you get to day four you realize it is locked behind a pay wall. I’m paying $79 for an annual membership to Apple Fitness+ and I have access to way more different workouts that are actually instructor lead and are fun to follow along. I’m not going to pay to use an app that looks very basic, and I highly doubt that I will have six packs after one month of usage based on my first three days of what these workouts look like.

I’m 37 years old and I’ve been doing this for over a month now and my body is beginning to feel stronger and calmer. I suffer from a lot of anxiety stress and depression and medical issues with my nerves and muscles, and this truly has helped me overcome those feelings of anxiety, stress and depression and I barely feel nerve and muscle pain at all anymore.
