The new version of the App is much more modern. While there are a few glitches the tech team at CIBC is updating the App constantly throughout the day(s) so I can re-download to get all the updates.

Being such a large bank consumer services should equal their competitors. This includes showing upcoming or pending debits and credits. And many banks and credit unions have regular ACH deposits like paycheck and Social Security available the evening before. After asking about these type of enhancements through customer service multiple times, it is years later and still awaiting real upgrades.
