I don’t download apps with less than 4 stars, and just as well too cuz now the old app won’t open either, insisting I install this! Not how it works people!They still have a website, but even that’s changed! Can’t even leave emails with content.Would have been smarter to release this as an update because the current version already works. 27 comments says a lot! And in 4 years!? Eesh! Get the stars up then I will download, I guess I don’t get the old app back either…

We’d also like to clarify that the “4+” designation shown in the App Store is an age rating, not the age of the app. Apple uses age ratings to indicate that an app’s content is appropriate for users ages 4 and older and does not contain objectionable content for that age group. It does not reflect how long the app has been available. WasteConnect+ became available to customers later this year, and our team is continually releasing updates and enhancements to improve the experience. Why did you make another new app?
Old Man Walrus
There was nothing wrong with the old app. I could pay my bill, and it told me when garbage day is. That's all it needs to do. Now I can't log into the old app because it wants to send verification codes to a phone we don't have anymore. This is going to make it stupidly hard to pay my bill. Why did you even need to create a new app when you could have just updated the old one?

Improperly set up for alt accounts

Waste management is lumped with utilities through the city and invoices do not have an invoice number. Why wouldn’t you do like the previous app and ask for account number instead? Tried security questions and of course all the names and emails were incorrect for the address. I think I’ll stick with the other app until these issues are fixed.

Currently, municipal customers can simply enter their service address and select "Continue as Guest" to access service information without creating an account or logging in.We're actively working to make this process more intuitive, and an app update planned for next week will help address this issue.
