It tells me to enter my invoice number and then tells me it’s not right (and yes I entered just the numbers before the letter). No other way to log in. You’re just screwed if it doesn’t like your invoice number (which is stupid because your invoice number changes on every bill — which one am I supposed to enter). So apparently you can’t use it at all.

You killed the app that works and added one that is useless. Good plan. Put this new app in my trash can and let’s recycle the old one back up and reuse it. PLEASE.
