This app it glitchy and functions poorly. I can’t even pay my bill which is now late because of this change. My old auto pay had been working well for years. This app is junk.

First of all the logon screen... It asks for Name (Last/Corp) on the sign-in screen. Hope that doesn't change anything important on record, because I can only imagine the variety of ways people are answering that question. I couldn't get Chrome to generate a password and had to use the Apple password manager (which doesn't show up on my windows PC). While entering the long number fields, it didn't allow the number keypad keyboard to open to make it easier for bad hands, and then it timed out in the middle and I had to redo it. The crowning achievement was on the payment scheduling screen, where the page would not scroll down to the Save/Agree/whatever button, no matter how I tried. So I had to go copy the the password and login on Chrome, so it would save the password there. Tried on the website, still wouldn't scroll past terms and conditions. Had to then go to the computer and login to the website there to manage to set it up. The stats look useful, which is the only reason this earned three stars.

The app was super easy to set up my account on the new system and then reset my autopay, as long as you have your account number. The app gives you actual consumption data where the previous system did not. There are always growing pains with change, but overall this is a major improvement over the old system.

Will not allow bill pay or autopay setup, which is the only reason to use this app in the first place. I’m disappointed as a taxpayer that the city of Kingsport wasted $ on this non-useable app.
