Stallmate is the modern way to manage everything about your vehicles. From daily rotations and quick checks to full service records, Stallmate keeps your garage organized, on schedule, and always ready to go.
Stallmate requires a subscription to use. A 30‑day free introductory period is included. After the trial, the subscription auto‑renews until canceled.
Included with your subscription:
- Quick Actions: One‑tap logging for Start Engine, Drive, Battery Check, Tire Pressure, and more. Fully configurable—pick the four actions you use most.
Rotation Tasks: Create repeating tasks (e.g., weekly start, monthly drive, storage checks). Complete with one tap; next due date is set automatically. Optional links to Calendar, Reminders, or notifications.
- Logbook: Record starts, drives (distance and duration), battery voltage, tire pressure, maintenance, repairs, and more. Attach photos, PDFs, and service documents.
- Checklists: Build checklists for storage, inspection, delivery, or track days. Mark items as you go and log completion to your history.
- Vehicle Profiles: Year, make, model, trim, VIN, plate, notes, photos, and garage location. Optional VIN scanner and vehicle specs lookup.
- Garages and Collection View: Organize vehicles by garage and filter your collection. At‑a‑glance status indicators and a collection summary dashboard.

Requirements
- iPhone running the latest iOS. Camera access is optional for VIN scanning and attachments; Photos/Files permissions are requested only when attaching media.
Subscription
- A subscription is required to use Stallmate. A 30‑day free introductory period may be available.
- After the trial, your Apple ID is charged for the selected plan and the subscription auto‑renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > App Store > Subscriptions after purchase.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged for the next period.
- One subscription unlocks all features. There are no additional in‑app purchases.
