- New Quick Log: record a watering, pruning, or other task in two taps
- The logging form is now cleaner — advanced options (weather, location) are tucked away and only shown when you need them
- Recently logged plants and popular crops now appear as quick-select chips, so you often don't need to type at all
- Pest and disease logging is now unified with your regular garden log, so everything shows up in one place

1.2.21 Jul 4
Bug fix: on devices set to languages other than English or Hungarian, the app incorrectly started in English instead of the device language. All 26 supported languages (Bulgarian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Czech, and more) are now correctly detected on first install.
Additional improvements: subscription upgrade screen now shows yearly pricing, free trial button text is shown when a trial is available, and price formatting is now correctly localized in all languages instead of showing Hungarian text.
1.2.19 Jun 14
Version 1.2.18 brings several fixes and improvements focused on the subscription experience and app reliability.
Pricing fix: Yearly plan prices have been corrected across all regions. In many countries the yearly Silver plan was incorrectly priced at 12-17 times the monthly price instead of the expected 8 times — this has been fixed.
Localization fix: The price display in the upgrade sheet was showing "/mo" in Hungarian for all 26 languages. It now correctly shows the localized equivalent in each language.
Yearly plan visibility: The upgrade prompt now shows the yearly price alongside the monthly price, so you can compare both options before deciding.
Trial call-to-action: If a free trial is available for your region, the upgrade button now clearly says "Start Free Trial" instead of the generic "Upgrade" label.
Internal improvements: Better internal tracking of how users reach the subscription screen, which helps us improve the app experience over time. No user-facing data collection changes.
1.2.18 Jun 10
This update contains stability improvements and bug fixes only.
CRASH FIXES
Fixed multiple crashes occurring during the initial app setup flow on certain devices. The crashes were caused by stale UI context references during rapid navigation — particularly affecting mid-range Android devices.
Fixed a crash in object and plant management dialogs (triggered when the underlying screen was disposed while a dialog was still open).
Fixed an unhandled error in the AI assistant feature that caused a crash when database access tokens expired mid-session. The app now falls back gracefully instead of crashing.
PLANT SCAN HISTORY
Fixed a display bug where previously saved plant scans appeared as "0% confidence / Unknown" instead of showing the correct identification. The root cause was a null-value issue introduced during a past data migration. Affected records are automatically cleaned up on first launch after this update.
Added a quality filter to prevent unrecognized scans from being saved to history.
SUBSCRIPTION OFFER
Fixed a timing bug where the trial offer could silently fail to appear on certain devices, incorrectly blocking the offer from showing again for 21 days.
Fixed a navigation issue where tapping the trial acceptance button did not always open the subscription screen on certain device configurations.
No changes to privacy policy, data collection, permissions, or subscription terms.
1.2.17 Jun 4
This update focuses on bug fixes and usability improvements.
AUTOPILOT FIX
The Autopilot system no longer generates incorrect "Time to transplant!" reminders for plants that were sown directly in the ground. Transplanting reminders now only appear when seedlings are being grown indoors (trays, pots, greenhouse).
PLANT DETAIL PAGE
The header now displays the plant's common name and its scientific name on separate lines, making long names easy to read on all screen sizes. Companion and incompatible plant chips are now listed in alphabetical order, with correct sorting for accented characters across all supported languages.
TASK LIST IMPROVEMENTS
- Deleting a task now requires confirmation, preventing accidental deletion.
- Tapping the Autopilot badge on a task opens an explanation of what the Autopilot does and why this reminder was created.
- The completion circle button now shows a tooltip so its purpose is immediately clear.
No changes to privacy policy, data collection, or subscription terms.
1.2.15 May 29
Optimized the premium onboarding and feature presentation engine. The initial evaluation period offer now dynamically loads quantitative features, daily limits, and database tier comparisons directly from our remote configuration layers, ensuring absolute accuracy based on the user's region. Introduced a streamlined step-down presentation interface for users whose trial evaluation period has concluded, offering a clear, localized comparison of tailored subscription models to ensure uninterrupted gardening management. Includes minor interface geometry adjustments, localized layout stabilization, and multi-threaded state synchronization enhancements.
1.2.14 May 25
This update focuses on reliability and first-use clarity.
Camera identification now shows a brief guide on the very first launch, so new users understand what the feature does before the camera opens.
When you reach an identification or chat limit, the app now offers a free trial first — instead of jumping straight to an upgrade screen.
The task list no longer fills up with dozens of sowing reminders just because you added plants to your favorites. Push notifications for sowing seasons still work as before; only the in-app task clutter is removed.
The garden planner now shows a proper error message with a Retry button when your connection is slow, instead of a blank screen.
Fixed a display bug where the identification counter could show an incorrect number (such as 9/6) after switching accounts on the same device.
Fixed a crash that could occur on the home screen when using the app as a guest.
Fixed a navigation issue that caused a duplicate header bar to appear when opening the full identification view from the quick-scan screen.
1.2.13 May 20
Version 1.2.12 brings important bug fixes and reliability improvements.
Plant and disease identification history now saves correctly on all platforms, including the web app. Reference photos are displayed properly in disease detail views. Identification images are automatically compressed before upload, which eliminates upload failures when using multiple photos.
The weather data system has been optimized to use the unlimited forecast API for all users, preventing the rare case where weather information became temporarily unavailable.
Additional fixes: resolved a crash in the garden planner that occurred with unstable network connections, and reduced false crash reports caused by routine image loading errors.
1.2.12 May 17
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
- Fixed: Watering reminders no longer repeat multiple times per hour.
If the scheduled notification time had already passed, the app
incorrectly rescheduled for 15 minutes later — repeating on every
app open. Reminders are now always scheduled for the next morning.
- Fixed: Location detection is more accurate. The app now waits longer
for a precise GPS reading and uses the last known position as a
fallback before switching to a less accurate alternative. This
eliminates the issue some users reported of their location appearing
50 km away from their actual home.
- Fixed: Subscription status now loads correctly on sign-in. In some
cases the app briefly showed a free account state before correcting
itself. This caused an unnecessary ad to flash on screen for premium
users.
- Fixed: The app could crash in the garden planner when navigating away
from a plant card quickly. The navigation is now properly guarded.
- Fixed: Notification icons now display correctly on Android when the
app is in the background.
- Improved: Smoother scrolling throughout the app. The advertisement
area now renders on a separate layer, reducing dropped frames.
- Improved: Minor translation corrections for the empty state screen
in the Sowing Calendar.
1.2.11 May 14
Premium Weather Alerts & Garden Day Score
o operateWEATHER ALERTS (Silver & Gold)
The alert system has been rebuilt from the ground up using the OpenWeatherMap OneCall 3.0 API with a geocluster architecture. Alerts are now more accurate, faster, and cover 26 languages with native push notifications.
New alert types added:
- Frost warning (adjustable threshold)
- Strong wind warning (adjustable threshold)
- Storm / heavy rain alert
- Rain forecast for tomorrow
New Gold-exclusive alerts:
- Drought warning: triggers after 7+ consecutive days with no significant rain and high temperatures
- Heatwave alert: triggers when 3 or more consecutive days exceed 35 degrees
- UV index warning: triggers when the UV index exceeds 8, advising gardeners to avoid peak hours
All alerts respect a 22-hour cooldown to prevent notification spam. Location is determined automatically or can be set manually. Alerts are fully localized in all 26 supported languages.
GARDEN DAY SCORE (Silver & Gold)
A new daily score widget now appears on the home screen. It calculates a 0-100 suitability score for outdoor garden work based on today's temperature, rain probability, wind speed, UV index, and humidity. The score is color-coded and labeled (Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor) with live factor indicators showing actual values. Free users see a locked preview with an upgrade prompt.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed a notification formatting issue where the plant count in watering reminders was displayed as a raw placeholder instead of the actual number
- Fixed a layout overflow bug in the Garden Log strip on the home screen that caused vertical text rendering in languages with longer translations (Polish, Czech, Slovak, and others)
1.2.9 May 14
Moon Calendar is now free for all users. You can view daily moon phases, zodiac signs, and planting recommendations without a subscription. Premium subscribers can additionally enable daily push notifications — delivered at 8 AM in your local time — with personalized tips based on the moon sign and plant type for the next day.
The Garden Planner now highlights the web version of the app for users who want to plan on a larger screen. A dedicated entry in the planner menu opens the web app directly, or shows available subscription options. Users without a subscription will also see an informational card in the Saved Plans screen on each app launch.
The Quick Actions bar on the home screen has been visually improved with stronger, more distinct action cards for easier tap targets.
Fixed a navigation issue where the Plant Diagnosis screen, when opened from the Quick Actions bar or Speed Dial button, did not show a back button.
1.2.7 May 12
Stability & Crash Fixes
This release focuses entirely on crash fixes and reliability improvements for existing features. No new features have been added.
- Fixed a crash on startup that affected users upgrading from older app versions, caused by a data format mismatch in the plant identification history storage.
- Fixed a rare crash in the Garden Planner triggered by a navigation timing issue when dismissing a dialog.
- Fixed crashes in the Plant ID, Insect ID, and Chat screens when profile images failed to load due to network or DNS errors.
- Fixed a crash at app startup related to subscription status retrieval.
- Fixed an issue where the climate zone detection popup appeared frozen on small-screen devices. The dialog is now scrollable and can also be dismissed by tapping outside of it.
1.2.4 May 7
In this update, we are introducing the highly requested Seed Wishlist feature. You can now easily keep track of the seeds you need to buy. Add missing seeds to your shopping list with a single tap directly from the Plant Library or while designing your layouts in the Garden Planner. Once purchased, you can instantly move them to your active inventory. We have also improved the subscription management interface to provide clearer instructions on cancellation processes, alongside various under-the-hood bug fixes and performance optimizations for a smoother gardening experience.
1.2.3 May 4
Big update for Garden Accessories and Custom Objects! • Fixed an issue where saved accessories (such as Oyas, composters, and water barrels) would disappear upon reopening a garden plan. • Added full drag-and-drop support for custom objects. You can now move them around your garden bed smoothly, just like plants. • Improved grid placement with smart edge-snapping, preventing out-of-bounds errors when placing items near the borders. • Resolved a rendering issue that caused certain object icons to display incorrectly as empty squares. • Corrected a button label in the object creation menu for better clarity. Thank you for your continued feedback!

Thank you for gardening with us!
1.1.33 Apr 1
