HOW IT WORKS
1. Name your urge
Choose the habit or automatic response you want to understand, such as scrolling.
2. Keep your timer running
Start your timer. When you give in, save your session and your next timer starts automatically. Build a record you can return to and reflect on.
3. Explore your NeuroChart
See your recorded sessions and how your pattern changes over time. After at least three completed sessions, NeuroCurve can begin generating personalized estimates from your activity.
4. Prepare with NeuroCoach
Ask for encouragement, talk through a difficult moment, or get a practical suggestion for what to do next.

YOUR PATTERN, IN CONTEXT
The NeuroCurve Model™ uses your recorded activity to estimate patterns over time. Estimates depend on the sessions you record and may change as more information becomes available. They are not guarantees of when an urge will occur or promises of a particular outcome.
NeuroCurve is a self-management and educational tool. NeuroCoach uses AI, and its responses may be inaccurate. The app does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS
A monthly or yearly subscription is required to access NeuroCurve’s main features. After signing in, new users without an active subscription are shown the subscription screen.
There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices and billing details are shown before confirmation. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account Settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

You can now reset your urge name from Step 1 and reset your NeuroChart from its own panel. Clearer prompts help you choose what to reset.
