Clema: Screen Time Companion
Focus Assistant, App Blocker
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Break free from endless scrolling and reclaim your time.
Clema is your friendly screen time companion that helps you build healthier phone habits through compassionate guidance, not restrictive blocking.
Instead of cold app blockers, Clema creates a judgment-free space where you can:
• Chat Your Way to Focus
Feeling the urge to scroll? Talk it through with Clema first. Clema uses psychology-backed methods to help you choose your goals over scrolling.
• Make Gamified Progress
Keep Clema alive by staying focused. The more mindful you are, the happier Clema becomes. Lose focus, and Clema loses lives... but there’s always tomorrow.
• Use Smart App Management
Select which apps distract you most. Clema gently reminds you of your goals when temptation strikes, helping you think twice before mindless scrolling.
• Track Your Success
See your progress with detailed stats on time saved, focus streaks, and blocked interruptions. Celebrate every victory, no matter how small.
