Travel the trails, your way on Trailways!
Firstly, the app does not remember your login and will sign out after 10 minutes of being in the app. Second, if there is a delay in a bus they won't help you reach a connecting bus nor will they refund the fare for the connecting bus(es) even if you pay extra for their premium fare that supposedly says that it can be cancelled and refunded. I'm pretty sure those practices are illegal and makes Trailways worse than every single airline in existence.
Overpriced
Sagent sage
Maybe Trailways will be able to see this here but the ticket prices are outrageous. Why isn't there a discount for people who are also receiving Medicaid? Extremely exhausting and tiring world we live in.
Doesn’t work
BethSunny
It does not allow me to sign in, nor does it recognize order numbers to show tickets purchased on my laptop. Useless.
Horrible app!

There’s no origin from anywhere, this app does not work!! Bogus!!
- Buying a TrailPass is quicker — enter your payment details and purchase in one step, with no separate review screen.
- No more card details for $0 bookings — when a reschedule costs nothing, you can confirm it without entering payment information.
- Easier TrailPass ride booking — Origin and Destination now show a dropdown arrow when there's more than one option to pick from.
- General bug fixes and performance improvements.
