Not able to reset my password
I cant reset the password with my email address, as i never received the reset password email. and whenever i tried to register a new account with that email, the system would simply say that the email already exists and wouldnt let me move further! the app is fundamentally broken.

Doesn’t work on iPhone
I created the account and purchased a ticket on my laptop. But I can’t access the app nor access my account on my iPhone’s Safari, Google, and Chrome.
Good thing I printed my ticket from the laptop before shutting down. Horrible.
Unable to reset password
Did not receive an email for password reset instructions. Tried creating an account but would not allow because it is already recognizing my email address.
