i was willing to try this app since ive been working on improving my posture and tmj back pain related issues but its completely subscription base. people have noticed a difference in my posture and all ive been doing is following along videos i find on youtube. i suggest if you are really struggling with posture/pain, look up youtube/tiktok videos. i promise they will help just as good and you wont need to pay anything <3
