Index is the modern Anki alternative that doesn't dump 500 cards on you on day one.
Generate flashcards instantly with AI from any topic or PDF, import your existing Anki decks in seconds, and study on FSRS-5 — the same algorithm Anki uses — in an app that paces new cards for you so you're never overwhelmed.
WHY STUDENTS ARE SWITCHING
• AI card generation from any topic, PDF, or your own notes
• Import Anki decks in seconds — your scheduling history comes with you
• Daily pacing keeps new cards manageable — no 500-card day one
• Streak, daily due count, and a 7-day forecast — free, not paywalled
• Undo, bury, and cram mode for the days before an exam
• FSRS-5 spaced repetition, done right
• Sync across all your devices automatically
A GENEROUS FREE TIER
