I’m not even kidding. This app is a GAME CHANGER. I’ve struggled so hard holding myself accountable with endlessly scrolling on my phone. My friend sent me this app and I didn’t think much of it at first. Once I started using it, it changed everything for me. It’s one thing to try to hold yourself accountable, but it’s another thing to have your friends hold you accountable. It’s a different level of accountably!! Seriously such an amazing app if you’re trying to level up yourself.

To be honest I was skeptical going into downloading this app after a friend shared it with me. It turns out that me knowing that I had said “I’m going to cut back on Instagram” but then going over my limit is basically impossible for me when I know I’m going to get grilled by my friends. Kind of counterintuitive, but has been a game changer for me (I’ve also been an early adopter as I was part of the beta, full disclosure)

This app has changed the game for screen limits. Before Screen Snitch I was using the limits on my phone, which I could easily bypass with a password and feel no shame. Now I feel the shame with Screen Snitch since I have to expose myself every time I go over my limit to my friends. This kind of accountability is just what I needed to cut back on my screen time.
